Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must in the same condition that you received it and be returned in its original packaging (see shipping below).  

Refunds

If you are seeking a refund, send us an email at deb@debfarrimondart.com and we will confirm return shipping details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will notify you when we have processed a refund request.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.

Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at deb@debfarrimondart.com and we will confirm return shipping details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

If approved and the same item is available, we will ship the replacement.

If approved and the same item isn’t available, we will offer a refund or gift certificate to the value of the original purchase.

Shipping

To return your product, you should pack it in the original packaging and return it to the address nominated by us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item via a reputable agent that handles “fine art” freight.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
